Directions to prepare:

Mix milk and chocolate in a saucepan. Cook and stir the mixture over low heat. Remove from heat once the chocolate melts. You can smoothen it with a wire whisk.

In a small bowl gradually stir chocolate mixture into egg product. Stir in orange peel and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread cubes in the dishes. Moisten the bread by pressing the bread with back of spoon.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm with whipped topping and sprinkle cocoa powder.
